Therefore, as a Christian, you should have a daily desire, hunger, drive and determination to grow in the Lord:
- To grow in the knowledge of God,
- To grow in the the fear of God,
- To grow in the love of God, and
- To grow in your walk (i.e fellowship & relationship) with God.
“And God permitting, we will do so {i.e. grow & bear fruits}”- Hebrews 6:3 NIV {Brackets mine}
As you grow, mature & bear fruits, God our Heavenly Father Who made us and called us to be fruitful will take great pleasure & delight in you & bless you.
“You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit--fruit that will last....”- John 15:16 NIV
