What word, you may ask? What word should I say?
"The centurion replied, "Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed."- Matthew 8:8
There is a popular saying: 'God said it, I believe it and that settles it.'
The reality is this: the Word of God in your spirit and mouth that is not spoken, may not be manifested. The Word of God that is not declared, is not yet released.
So to experience the manifestation of God's blessings and promises are stated in His Word, we have to declare, speak, decree, release His Word to produce the expected result.
Remember, the Word of God is a seed that has to be sowed before we can see, reap and enjoy the fruits.
"Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God."- Luke 8:11
God had to speak and declare creation into existence and manifestation.
"And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light."- Genesis 1:3
When you speak the Word, you are releasing the Word to achieve the purpose which God said it. Until the Word of God is sent towards a situation, thing, issue, person or nation; the manifestation may not be in view.
"He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions."- Psalm 107:20
- God spoke the Word and created the heavens and earth.
- Jesus spoke the Word and healed and delivered all.
- The Holy Spirit spoke and it became a reality.
- The Patriarchs of faith spoke and it came to pass.
- You and I can speak the Word of God and it shall be established.
"And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, "I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak,"- 2 Corinthians 4:13
