Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!- Psalm 46:10
A wiseman once said: 'Only the still can still the storm.'
Do not fret;
Do not worry;
Do not tremble;
Do not be troubled;
Do not be afraid.
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?- Romans 8:31
No storm of life is permitted to sweep you away, for the Lord is your refuge, fortress, strength, help, defence, stronghold, shield, covering and banner.
For in Him (Jesus) is no fear, in Him is perfect peace, In Him is rest from every thing that troubles.
A great windstorm arose, and the waves beat into the boat,.... But He (Jesus) was asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing? Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.- Mark 4:37-39
Your destiny is secured in His (Jesus) Hands.
Your future is assured in His (Jesus) care.
Your life is preserved in His (Jesus) Presence.
Of a truth He cares for you, His eyes watches over you, His arms are near to catch, pick up, protect and comfort you. He will never forget, abandon, neglect, forsake you. He has eternally committed Himself to keep, preserve and bless you.
Can a woman forget her nursing child, and not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you.- Isaiah 49:15
You can therefore be still, be at peace and have your rest in God. For every raging storm and tumultous waves that rises up against you and challenges your peace in Christ, The Lord will calm and silence them forever in the name of Jesus Christ.- Amen!
Be at rest once more, O my soul, for the LORD has been good to you.- Psalm 116:7
Now may the Lord of peace himself give you his peace at all times and in every situation.- 2 Thessalonians 3:16
